Where are the real estate feeds / mashups?

Does anybody know of any real estate listing sites that let you set up a search as a feed? Or alert on specific properties? What I'm thinking of is something like Google Blog or Digg search for the former, and Google Alerts for the latter. This would serve a number of purposes, a few off the top of my head:
  • passive house hunting -- maybe you're not really planning to move, but there are a few neighborhoods you'd consider given the right opportunity
  • "pouncing" -- you're very interested in a specific house, but it's not on the market right now
  • keeping tabs on the jones' -- what's the asking price on that house down the street?
I'd think there's plenty of potential for local agents to advertise in the feeds, whether they're the listing agent or a "this service sponsored by" agent. Seems like a relatively low cost way to help build and maintain the relationship between agents and potential customers even when they're not seriously looking to buy right now. Better than sending out a calendar with the local NFL team's schedule, don't you think?

Also, where are the Google Maps mashups for real estate listings? HousingMaps is cool and all, but it doesn't seem to have MLS data. There are any number of things which need to be fixed in the business of brokering real estate , but this seems like an area rife with quick-hit opportunities, even for incumbent real estate professionals.
